Hope Township Road Committee meeting
Committee members in attendance: Matt Smith Don Dice; Jim Hockemeyer; Elgin Childs

New Business: Should East Curtis Road (first mile east of Middle Road) be repaved in 2009. This would cancel the repaving of Stark Road between Hull Road and Shaffer and East Midland County Line Road, that were to be done in 2009. Joann Wilkie had pictures and cost numbers supporting doing Curtis Road in 2009. After discussions the committee came up with three proposals to be voted on. The proposals were the following: 1) Do Curtis Road 2009 - Stark and Midland/County Line 2010 NNNN 2) Do Mid/County Road 2009 - Curtis Road in 2010 NNNN 3) Do Mid/County Road 2009 - Leave Curtis in 4 year plan YYYY
A roll call vote was taken on each proposal, results shown above.
Therefore the third proposal is the recommendation from the Hope Road Committee from this meeting and discussion. And will be presented to the Twp Board at the next Board meeting on May 12, 2009.
