Gene reported that Jack Dussel (Midland City Manager) and Noel Bush were present to represent the city’s view. Lincoln and Jerome are in a forty year contract with city that will be expiring in the next five years. When their contract expires the city wants them to have thesame contract with Water District #1 townships and village of Sanford.
